Part Time Commercial Analyst 12 Month FTC




An opportunity has arisen for a Part time Commercial Analyst, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for the provision of administrative support, operating budgets and planning and forecasting reports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an application support analyst or in a similar role.  The key to this role is customer service to both internal and external clients and therefore, the candidate will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

This is a job share programme working in conjunction the another part time individual (2 days a week)  who will be responsible for submitting all financial reporting to Group Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collection of Carbon Emission Data and compilation for submission, liaising with relevant internal departments and third parties
  • Act as first point of contact for all clients across all brands for invoicing and credit control queries related to any of the company services
  • Liaising with labs to gather information to support monthly invoicing
  • Sending invoices for Education Services and tracking payments
  • Supporting customer services team during any commercial team absence or busy periods
  • Assist in sending out of invoices for all company services.
  • SAP Release of invoices
  • Fraedom trained to assist in urgent matters
  • Produce data regarding the monthly business performance and office performance for all services for the Operations Director
  • Pull together details for project related performance for company President


  • Flexibility and tenacity to take on new responsibilities and support other team members as required
  • An ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales whilst under pressure
  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving along with conceptual skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills developed in customer services role
  • Ability to be assertive when required
  • Ideally should have the following:
  • SAP experience
  • Worked in finance/service industry
  • Experience creating and/maintaining reports using intermediary Excel skills
