ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE
To ensure all Accounts Receivable SME’s tasks are carried out accurately, within agreed timescales and in line with company policies.
ROLE SPECIFIC:
- Carry out daily cash allocation promptly and accurately including the appropriate investigation to identify cash items without remittance information
- Resolve all external and internal queries within expected time scales
- Complete all requests within agreed SLA’s
- Adhere to third party payment rules and regulated contract policies
- Ensure all credit notes, invoices and unallocated cash are reconciled daily by the appropriate method: customer contact, exception report analysis or internal transactional investigation
- Promote and support a team-working culture
- Be commercially aware and bring to the attention of the appropriate person issues and/or opportunities that impact the risk and rewards available to the company
- Proactively seek solutions to problems and look for on-going process improvements
- Build relationships and develop the trust of the internal and external customers
- Maintain a high level of service focus, ensuring the company’s service style is adopted and supported at all times
- Keep abreast of market conditions and specific industry and organisational changes
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Accounts receivable experience essential
- SAP experience preferred
- Good level of computer and numerical skills
- Good problem solving
- Good reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, typically grade C or above, must have at least grade C in English and Maths
