We are recruiting on behalf of a Global Wellness Organisation for an Assistant Content Editor. Your role will be to create unique, engaging and user-friendly content for articles, landing pages, the company’s app, SEO and emails.


  • Take ownership of digital weekly content, liaising with our content agency and the global team to deliver seasonal, programme-specific and fully optimised articles supporting members on their wellbeing journey
  • Write headlines, captions and short paragraphs (usually to tight deadlines) to assist the Digital team and other teams across the business, as required
  • Localise and repurpose global content, tailoring tone of voice, assets and keywords to the UK market while ensuring accuracy, appeal and adherence to in­ house brand guidelines
  • Build SEO-optimised articles and landing pages, taking end-to-end ownership of all copy and assets
  • Take ownership of subscriber site content and performance, using Google Analytics to guide content strategy
  • Liaise with the Campaign, Digital and Social teams to coordinate content calendars and align key messaging
  • Play a key role in the delivery of the online content strategy
  • Compile weekly reports highlighting key trends in the member community, including general programme feedback and engagement activity
  • Support Content Manager and SEO Content Manager with ad hoc content requests
  • Use Photoshop to optimise image assets, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Support Publishing and Content Manager by proofreading published materials, including magazine pages, cookbooks and programme materials
  • Help the Content team with administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) asset sourcing, raising POs, receiving invoices, liaising with our publishing partners on internal stock distribution


  • Have at least 2-3 years’ B2C online writing experience
  • Impeccable copywriter with a strong grasp of grammar
  • Meticulous attention to detail essential
  • Ability to generate original ideas and develop first-class content that provokes engagement
  • Ability to collaborate across wider teams to ensure alignment
  • Adept with content management systems and Google Analytics, or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice according to the company’s style guide
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to use Photoshop advantageous
  • Writing experience in health and wellbeing sector desirable
