We are recruiting on behalf of a global wellness organisation for a brand new contract role as an Assistant Content Editor.


  • Working across all channels (print, digital, CRM) to write and repurpose content making sure it is accurate, appealing and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Writing headlines, captions and short paragraphs to support the CRM team and other functions across the business as required
  • Building pages on the subscriber site, taking end-to-end ownership of all text and images that make up an article page or content hub
  • Maintenance of the subscriber site, using page analytics to inform regular upkeep of content
  • Working alongside the SEO Content Developer on ad hoc writing requests to support SEO
  • Adapting and editing content to support campaigns
  • Using photoshop to edit images as required
  • Proofreading printed materials
  • Supporting the delivery of the content strategy
  • Ownership of weekly content in digital and print, liaising with design agency and global team (under the supervision of the Content Manager)
  • Co-ordinating schedules and keeping the team abreast of key milestones on publishing projects
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) asset sourcing, raising POs, receipting invoices, liaising with our publishing partners on internal stock distribution


  • Attention to detail essential
  • Excellent grasp of grammar, with solid writing skills
  • Adept with content management systems and Google analytics, or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels and adapt tone of voice according to the audience
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to use Photoshop advantageous
  • Interest in health and wellbeing desirable
