BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

We’re recruiting on behalf of a luxury UK retail brand for a Brand Marketing Executive to co-ordinate, create and implement brand marketing activities across all divisions within the company. You will work with third party agencies and internal contacts to deliver external communications including: Advertising, PR, social media, digital and website activities in order to enhance our brands’ overall perception.

KEY MEASURES:

  • Effective interaction with the team and external agencies to support the brands’ reputation, sales growth and profitability
  • Accurate, up-to-date marketing plans, reviews and briefs created
  • Integrated, well considered campaigns delivered on time and to budget
  • Speed, accuracy and quantity of projects delivered – quick turnaround from brief to implementation
  • Accurate budgetary records maintained

MAIN TASKS:

  • Assist in marketing planning and budget setting by brand along with the Group Marketing Manager, colleagues and preferred marketing agencies
  • End-to-end delivery of consumer and trade brand and advertising campaigns with third party PR, media, website and social media agencies, following the company’s brand guidelines, within budgetary and timing parameters
  • Maintain and distribute advertising and media content from the company to internal and external contacts to maximise assets within all brand communications
  • Event co-ordination: Organise and co-ordinate brand events, trade fairs, company presentations and other sales/marketing events, promoting the brand in an aspirational manner
  • Market research responsibility: Work with the external agency and Group Marketing Manager to analyse results and recommended actions
  • Assist Group Marketing Manager and internal and external stakeholders in preparing information for presentations, meetings and budget reviews e.g. through MS PowerPoint from time to time as required
  • Day to day Brand Marketing budget maintenance: keeping accurate PO records, analyses of expenditure, commitments and monitoring expenditure by campaign against budget

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally University educated with marketing experience
  • Commercial, creative, fast-paced and innovative approach
  • Knowledge and understanding of traditional, digital and social media platforms
  • Commercially aware and results driven with an understanding of consumers, retail, brands and sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Excel, Ms Word and MS Outlook
  • Photoshop skills desirable
  • Adobe Illustrator software desirable
  • Comfortable working in a high change environment and good under pressure
