  • To ensure the company and representative brand sales targets are met and exceeded along with the well being and smooth running of the department in conjunction with other team members
  • To support and assist any customer requirements for the department’s local business development


  • As an experienced business to business sales executive you will have ability and understanding to look after our business clients from their initial enquiry through to handover
  • To be responsible for actively seeking local business customers and users, selling to individual business users
  • Take ownership of their customers and colleagues needs in line with company value
  • To be conscientious and organised with exceptional attention to detail


  • Achieve unit sales and gross profit targets by maximising opportunities within the local business sector, and, when appropriate and required, via all other sales channels open to the corporate sales department
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration
  • Contribute to a department marketing strategy to promote all products and services
  • Deliver the levels of customer care and satisfaction required within policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
  • Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake personal development activities


  • Previous experience in a business to business sales role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Finance and funding options knowledge would be advantageous
  • Strong self-motivator with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
