CONSULTANT HEADHUNTER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Gain understanding of the skills and process of head-hunting
- Gain experience and achieve success within the Research Phase of the search
- Gain experience and achieve success within Approaching Phase of the search
- Acquire an understanding of the overall management of a search
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and use of maximising tools such as FileFinder & Linked In
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the cycle of a search to include process and timescales
- Build a track record of successful delivery of searches in a timely and efficient manner
- Gain understanding and be able to articulate clearly the value proposition and positioning of the client propositions
- Demonstrate considered and accurate qualification of candidates against brief
- Gain demonstrable understanding of a broad number of roles against which we recruit for our clients
- Gain demonstrable understanding of cultural differences across the searches you are involved in
- Become involved and gradually take accountability for developing “successful” CVs
- Become adept at producing an accurate search target list with cognitive demonstration in support of your choices
- Work towards advising others in research that are supporting you on your assignments
- Demonstrate your ability to think outside the box to build shortlists and come up with your own ideas on how to find the right person for the search
- Demonstrate your ability to lead in a virtual team environment
- To demonstrate effective “headhunting” communication skills, both written and verbal

KEY SKILLS:
- University or high level of vocational achievement highly desirable
- Previous work experience is essential with a minimum of 1 year since completion of your Degree and we have no upper limit on experience and are very open to people who have taken a career break and wish to return to a successful career
- Background with consistent progression from education and career ideally in related jobs (not necessarily recruitment)
- Experience of telemarketing or sales very useful as there is a high level of relationship building on the telephone
- Experience of agency based or in-house recruitment desirable although not essential
- Experience of other roles that require a well-developed level of people contact, either face to face or over the telephone, for example telemarketing, telesales, help desk or call centre
