  • Ensure that the Customer Data Services product offerings for the company’s customers are performed according to the required data quality standards and SLAs
  • Provide basic account management to customers using any of the customer data services product offerings
  • Working with Account Managers, Fleet Services and Implementation teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to handle related customer queries or information requests
  • Provide accurate reporting solutions and effective data quality analysis, required to support offered products
  • Review current processes and implement best practice to ensure data controls are maintained
  • Customer Data Services are product owners of Fleet Reporting, and the Customer Data Services Executive will be responsible for administration of the tool and assisting with queries regarding it for internal and external customers
  • Professional response to customer requests and commitment to using the company’s service style
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintaining quality and accuracy of the driver data to ensure integrity of any reporting


  • Highly developed customer service skills with a passion for data accuracy and integrity
  • Skilled in data analysis with a proven ability to problem solve and find alternative methods and solutions to existing issues
  • Through data analysis, seek ‘best practice’ and communicate findings
  • Being able to identify root cause of data corruption and agree strategy to resolve
  • Able to both produce and assess a high volume of information / data quickly and accurately
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes
  • Knowledge of the following IT packages:

–        MS Excel – Expert user

–        Cognos 8 – Knowledge beneficial

–        Fluent in business English language written and verbal


  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent typically grade C or above, must have at least grade C in English and Maths
