Customer Data Executive 6m – 12m FTC

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global financial services company for a Customer Data Executive to join their Operations division. You will ensure that the Customer Data Services product offerings for customers are performed according to the required data quality standards and SLAs. You will provide basic account management to customers using any of the Customer Data services product offerings. In addition, this role will also provide accurate reporting solutions and effective data quality analysis, required to support offered products. You will review current processes and implement best practice to ensure data controls are maintained.

Role Specific

  • Prioritisation of workload to ensure tasks are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Professional response to customer requests and commitment to using the company Service Style
  • Consistently provide a professional, accurate and efficient service when working to tight deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintaining quality and accuracy of the driver data to ensure integrity of any reporting
  • Take ownership of allocated tasks ensuring enquires are resolved to customers satisfaction
  • Provide advice to customers/colleagues as required
  • Ownership of individual and department projects through to completion
  • Support delivery of other Customer Data Services activities as required
  • To take personal responsibility to contribute to the overall success of the company strategy

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Highly developed Customer Service skills with a passion for data accuracy and integrity
  • Skilled in data analysis with a proven ability to problem solve and find alternative methods and solutions to existing issues
  • Through data analysis, seek ‘best practice’ and communicate findings to business owners
  • Being able to identify root cause of data corruption and agree strategy to resolve with process owner
  • Able to both produce and assess a high volume of information / data quickly and accurately
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes
  • Knowledge of the following IT packages;
  • MS Excel – Expert user
  • Cognos 8 – Knowledge beneficial
  • AS400 – Knowledge beneficial
  • Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently
  • Fluent in business English language written and verbal
