ENGAGE CENTRE EXECUTIVE

Combine excellent customer service skills with strong administrative support across all company brands, which involve handling calls, queries and tasks to meet all customer requirements.  All KPI’s and SLA’s are to be delivered along with ensuring all policies and procedures and adhered to.

ROLE SPECIFIC:

To ensure task management is carried out to the highest level on the following:

  • Ancillary RFL Management which includes taxing of 140,000 vehicles
  • V5 administration, which includes auditing the daily received documents, dealing with customer requests and  working with suppliers
  • MOT data management
  • Safety recall administration
  • Administration support on uninsured vehicles
  • Processing of fines and penalties, which includes payments and invoice queries
  • Manage the adding and removing of finance markers
  • Maintaining vehicle data, identifying and correcting any anomalies in the data
  • Receipt of inbound customer telephone enquires and the co-ordination of appropriate action/response as necessary from the business
  • Take full ownership, investigate and respond to all customer queries via an in-house customer query system , email, phone and by post
  • Actively seek process enhancements to improve our services to our customers
  • Build relationships and develop the trust of the customer both internal and external and/or drivers
  • Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Production of identified daily and weekly fleet administration reporting
  • Maintain a high level of service focus, ensuring the company’s service style is adopted and supported at all times

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working in an administrative environment where preparation, planning and organisation is evident
  • Experience of working in a customer contact environment where there is a requirement to build relationships at various levels
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the car leasing industry and relevant government legislation preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is key and accuracy has been a fundamental requirement of the job
  • Working knowledge of core Microsoft Applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Fluent in business English language written and verbal
  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, typically grade C or above, must have at least grade C in English and Maths
