HR MANAGER 9M FTC  (SEPTEMBER START)

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join a European Head Office in High Wycombe. Your job will be to support and provide a complete HR service to the team including organisation development, recruitment, reward, training and performance management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and implement organisational changes including organisation development for growth, high grading and redeployment programmes
  • Drive a consistent and efficient recruitment process across all geographies in support of delivering great people into the organisation
  • Support, develop and drive effective succession planning and development processes for high potential staff
  • Support, develop and manage appropriate reward and recognition strategies
  • Support the management team in the performance management of staff including objective setting, appraisals and dealing with capability issues
  • Supporting managers in grievance, disciplinary and absence management cases
  • Processing of payroll/bonuses/pensions
  • Support the Chief People Officer and US HR Team on ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree preferred
  • HR qualification an advantage
  • Training experience beneficial

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in a generalist HR role covering organisation change, recruitment, performance management, training and payroll
  • Experience of providing generalist HR support to senior management in a multi-site, multi-cultural organisation
  • Experience of dealing with external agencies such as recruitment and training providers and employment lawyers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
