LEADERSHIP TEAM ADMINISTRATOR 

The role of Leadership Team Administrator is to assist the Marketing Director and Leadership team with the day to day administration tasks and support with communications within the head office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide overall administration support to the Leadership team
  • Produce letters, documents, reports and presentations
  • Manage leadership ream diaries
  • Arrange and book travel considering accommodation and visa’s, coupled with the production of itineraries for trips if necessary
  • Manage weekly leadership team meetings and monthly board meetings
  • Organise internal/external meetings including booking meeting room and catering as necessary
  • Handle requests of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Collate and distribute the monthly leadership report
  • Collate and submit expenses claims
  • Support the CEO staff engagement sessions and all staff meetings
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders

PROFILE AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Proven team administration/support experience working at Director level
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Ability to multi-task, identify key priorities and proactively deal with issues
  • PC literate with a high level of ability in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise workload whilst meeting all deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, presenting a professional confident image
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow existing processes
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills – both verbal and written, be confident in liaison with employees at all levels
  • Ability to recognise the organisation structure and adapt behaviour accordingly
  • Simple marketing communication experience desirable
  • Ability to work with the utmost integrity, handling all information in a secure way and with absolute confidentiality
