Your primary role will be to support the Account Management team to “execute with excellence” on all client campaigns. In addition, you will have exposure to the depth and breadth of the variety of global client campaigns across the wider business, should you demonstrate the desired attitude and enthusiasm to learn and succeed as part of the team.

A supporting capacity to the account management team to understand the business, our Total Quality (TQ) methodology and the company’s ability to “execute with excellence” in everything we do


  • Upload new campaigns with accurate resourcing allocation into Dynamics – the project management tool and all associated researched administration
  • Run weekly researcher reports as required and perform the initial base-line quality checks and create appropriate lead alerts
  • Create the initial outline end of campaign report as requested by the account team
  • Update client CRM systems with campaign results and run associated reporting
  • Monitor a strategic account inbound email box and process requests
  • Support the same campaign by generating bespoke marketing insights reports as requested


  • Create marketing campaign calling lists using internal and external databases and web research
  • Data matching at account and contact level
  • Accurate data entry to internal and client CRM systems
  • Assist with administration of internal CRM and SharePoint (setting up and training new users, managing user licenses, configuring views, database queries, workflows)


  • Previous sales administration or marketing administration roles
  • Marketing work experience gained through internships and work placements during education or working in marketing departments or marketing agency thereafter
  • A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and ambition along with a “go get it” attitude is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment is a must
  • Charisma and intelligence necessary to inspire and engender trust with colleagues and clients alike
  • High degree of literacy and numeracy with an absolute keen eye for attention to detail with a high- level of accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to contribute, at any one time, to multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors must be evidenced
