We are recruiting for a local Charity who are seeking a Part Time Training & Youth Specialist to join their team in Maidenhead. This role will involve you creating and delivering training material for staff, volunteers and external organisations.   • Creation and delivery of training and the youth programme
  • Additionally, this role supports the service advisors as back-up to service delivery, providing emergency and holiday cover
  • This role is generally office based but may include some homeworking, off-site meetings, attendance at events and on-location delivery of training
  • Flexibility in both activity and time is an essential part of every role within the charity
  • Responsible for the Training presentations and material, including creation and delivery
  • Responsible for the creation and roll-out of the youth programme, with agreement of the line manager
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of the e-training project, with the support and agreement of the line manager
  • Investigate the latest research and communication
  • Liaise with the advisor team in the front-line training requirements
  • Create training material and presentations within the company policies and procedures
  • Deliver training sessions to staff, befrienders, volunteers and external organisations
  • Investigation and recommendation of solutions and content of e-training modules and process
  • Creation and continued updating of e-modules
  • In conjunction with marketing specialist, gaining external customers for the on-line provision
  • Investigation of the elements and processes of the programme with recommendation to line management
  • Delivery of the elements of the programme with reporting and feedback processes on-going evolution of the programme


  • To comply with the GDPR regulations, ensuring that information on clients remains confidential

  • Microsoft 365 and Office Applications
  • Experience in developing and delivering training packages
  • Experience in developing training and awareness for youths
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience of cooperating with staff, volunteers and being an integral part of the ‘team’
  • Experience of developing and adhering to costs and budgets
