PERMANENT CONSULTANT 

Grace Personnel are recruiting for a Permanent Consultant! We’re looking for an energetic, passionate and target-driven individual who is not afraid of working fast and thinking for themselves! We’re a small, personable and fast-paced independent agency, focused on the big picture.

As a Permanent Consultant you will successfully place candidates in permanent positions, ensuring customer service levels are met throughout this process and all opportunities are maximised. You will also develop and maintain new and existing business utilising all of the tools available. This is a 360 role and you will get involved in every aspect of the recruitment process from taking client briefs and advertising on social media platforms to sourcing and coaching candidates through to making successful job offers – no two days will ever be the same!

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To thoroughly screen, interview and build relationships with candidates seeking employment
  • To match candidates to vacancies and discuss roles with candidates and advise accordingly
  • To prepare candidates for client interviews to maximise chance of success
  • Head hunt candidates using job boards/social media
  • Make job offers to successful candidates and manage the offer process
  • Organising/scheduling interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • To maintain and enhance all existing client relationships using verbal, written and face-to-face communication
  • Negotiate and agree rates with new clients
  • PSL/Tender reviews with clients occasionally presenting where required
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Advise clients on the employment market and candidate availability
  • To attend client visits on a regular basis to update on their requirements
  • To canvass new clients promoting/selling the services of Grace Personnel
  • To take clear concise briefs from clients and proof read accordingly
  • Update system with client/candidate communication
  • Complete all necessary placement administration/calculate placement fees and update figures
  • Advertise positions using a range of social media tools
  • To communicate clearly and optimistically with candidates and clients, selling the services for Grace Personnel at all times
  • To achieve / exceed all individual and company targets (monthly, quarterly and annually) utilising all tools available and through continued training and development
