Job Purpose

To provide efficient and effective administration for the client projects, specifically one main client account.  Providing support to the Project Senior Administrator by undertaking activities required to meet the requirements of the client in a professional & efficient manner.

Key tasks

  • Work with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure all administrative duties are complete, reporting to them regularly
  • Providing help and support to the dealer network teams on training related matters
  • Answering the academy telephone helpline and responding to dealer network queries via email
  • Carrying out core course and eLearning phone / email chases
  • Administrating all core training including course set up, inputting and maintaining course information on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Running daily training reports for bookings, completed courses, and candidates who are outstanding training, using Excel
  • Running daily user data reports using Excel
  • Recording attendance and cancellations. Maintaining certification data and reporting as set by the Service Level Agreement.

Core Activities

  • Sessions and joining instructions set up in LMS
  • Coordinating the course booking process
  • Managing dealer requests, amend or cancel / re-book courses
  • Setting up and running email campaigns for all courses
  • Call chasing for delegate attendance on courses and completion of eLearning
  • Inputting data and running reports
  • Hosting and monitoring Video Conference Training (VCT) Sessions
  • Carrying out core curriculum administration
  • Completing and distributing training event reports
  • Responding to queries from the training team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A quick learner
  • A team player, enjoys working in a small team with a joint goal to succeed
  • A passion for the automotive industry would be advantageous
