PROJECT EXECUTIVE 

Do you have project coordination experience? Do you have a passion for wowing the customer by creating product and digital assets to exceed client needs?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research and Product Team whose focus is on designing, developing and maintaining a robust and innovative suite of products for the company. This role will include involvement in the development of new products, with a focus on project management and team deliverables, as well as development and maintenance of the knowledge management system.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND IMPACT:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Work with a product, digital and research leads to effectively organise and oversee the various Project Management plans, including: strategy, initiation documents, maintaining action/issue/risk logs and client requests
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve target outputs

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

  • Support the product leads with product-related input and research
  • Write high quality documents for internal audiences, such as user guides, summaries, updates, internal product guides

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT:

  • Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge management system built using SharePoint sites. This requires the role holder to:
  • Work with IT to keep the system up-to-date, bug-free and relevant
  • Plan enhancement of the system and aspects of knowledge management that can make it more effective, efficient and provide better user experience
  • Manage and update the content on the system
  • Run system induction sessions with new joiners and other parts of the business as needed
  • Identify better and easier use of knowledge management
  • Support the development company product offerings to ensure that they are impactful and at the forefront of technological delivery and thought leadership in their field(s). This requires the role holder to:
  • Become fluent in the Performance Learning Journey
  • Understand and use face to face and digital channels for product delivery e.g. eLearning, virtual classrooms, videos, podcasts, etc.

RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Works closely with colleagues in research, marketing, consulting and business development
  • Engages and collaborates with colleagues to develop products and for knowledge management

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Strong understanding project management
  • Current understanding of performance psychology literature and how to effect behaviour change

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience designing knowledge management systems
  • Experience managing a small-scale project or resource management experience
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Track record of using research to develop products, frameworks or tools
  • Experience working in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise own workload
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timeframes
  • Confident and engaging presentation and verbal communication skills
