We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join an award-winning automotive training and events management company based in Maidenhead.


To work with the Sales team, Design team and Senior Management in scoping, planning and delivering projects across the business. To manage the Projects team, allocating tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all projects are delivered to time, to cost and to quality, meeting and exceeding the requirements of the client and the group through providing a professional service.


  • Scoping and agreeing project objectives – preparing statements of work
  • Creating and agreeing project timelines, dependencies and allocating responsibilities
  • Assisting in the creation of project budgets (estimating and costing), ongoing project financial management and reconciliation
  • Creating detailed project plans
  • Tracking progress of task completion within projects, and communicating progress and any issues arising
  • Assessing and managing project risk through effective use of risk assessment, method statements and crisis plans
  • Recruiting and contracting SMEs, sub-contractors and delivery teams
  • Creation of event manuals, working schedules and post event reports
  • Measuring the success of projects against project objectives
  • Attendance at and running of internal project meetings and client facing project meetings/post event meetings
  • Developing and growing positive relationships with clients through the effective delivery of their projects
  • Take responsibility and ownership for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of project time logs relating to the projects that they are managing

  • To maintain and improve the company’s supplier ratings with our clients
  • To ensure all contractual and project KPIs are met


  • Have a proven successful, track record of client and project management with demonstrable results
  • Be very competent with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and the Google Suite
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to multitask, prioritise and to meet tight deadlines
  • Have a passion for excellent customer service
  • Believe in the company take pride in their past, be excited by their present and commit to their future
  • Be primarily based in office premises, expect to travel to client’s premises regularly and be prepared to travel to other locations as required
  • Maintain a valid UK Driving licence
