Resourcing Executive

PURPOSE:

In collaboration with the Resourcing Manager, the Resourcing Executive will support the delivery of the company’s programmes by managing the availability and assignment of the Consultants and Associates. Working with key stakeholders the role holder will ensure the optimal mobilisation of resources across client projects taking into consideration the clients’ needs; the commercial needs of the business and individuals’ development needs.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Works with key stakeholders including programme managers and CSMs to strategically and appropriately resource programmes of work, in line with SLA’s
  • Works with associate on boarding and engagement manager to develop future capacity, does this by distributing work fairly and by proactively considering options to engage with new, on boarding Associates
  • Drive regular reviews of demand forecasts with client teams and will proactively consider resourcing options that are commercially sustainable
  • Drives continuous improvement within the team by regularly reviewing resourcing activities and processes
  • Will regularly communicate with and will report on Consultants and Associates capacity to support on client work
  • Will execute a quality resourcing process and experience by demonstrating behaviors that underpin the resourcing process (appropriately resourced, prepared, reviewed)
  • Will be responsible for ensuring appropriate resourcing onto client work and will partner with client team to ensure that Consultants and Associates are appropriately prepared and reviewed
  • Will review quality of delivery, to inform Consultant and Associate performance reviews and future resourcing decisions. Will escalate any quality issues to Resourcing Manager
  • Develops trustworthy relationships with Consultants and Associates, by building credibility, being reliable and demonstrating care and integrity
  • Role holder may also be responsible for the management of ad hoc projects or resource groups
  • Works closely with Associate Onboarding and Engagement Manager so that future capacity is developed

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge and demonstrated capability of resource scheduling
  • Significant experience of operational people management
  • An understanding of how you grow and develop relationships through developing trust
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management and an understanding of what motivates people / identifying what individuals will value
  • Undergraduate degree is desirable
