SALES ADMINISTRATOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of online stores
  • Entering new orders on the system, ensuring all details are correct
  • Sending order acknowledgements
  • Processing returns within procedures
  • Updating customers with order status and any issues
  • Liaising with suppliers/couriers, for updates and investigating any delivery issues
  • Following up proformas and orders waiting customer information
