SMALL WORKS CO-ORDINATOR 

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable company based in Maidenhead. You will be working closely with members of the sales team to develop and maintain customer accounts=

DOCUMENT CONTROL:

  • Monitor updates received electronically
  • Review content and extract relevant data for our element of works
  • Prepare and upload information such as technical submittals, marked up drawings
  • Daily monitoring of the client’s document management system
  • Training other users of client’s document management system
  • Assisting in the preparation of Directors reports
  • Completion and tracking of clients required paperwork (H&S, transport, weekly reports etc)
  • Monitoring and updating the saving of documents within CPD
  • Quality plans when applicable
  • PQQ’s
  • Supporting the Project Management team

SMALL WORK CO-ORDINATION:

  • Setting up initial enquiries on Goldvision (CRM System)
  • Costing/quoting
  • Check costing prior to invoice
  • Logging orders on CRM – updating project history and activities
  • Arranging surveyor visits, ensuring surveyors are given detailed project information to carry out accurate surveys
  • Processing surveyor feedback and raising internal factory sheets or PO requests based on information provided
  • Working closely with the Business Development Managers and Specification Managers to fully understand project requirements and ensure we adhere and meet product specification and installation programme
  • Liaising with Project Managers, factory/warehouse teams, purchasing and the installation department to ensure the smooth operation of every project through to completion
  • Organising and attending internal project meetings with department heads
  • Liaising externally with clients/architects and suppliers
  • General ad-hoc administration duties – including answer the telephone

  • Strong organisational/multi-tasking skills
  • Computer literate
  • Methodical with a keen eye to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys working within a team
