We are recruiting on behalf of a housing association group based in Burnham. Their offices are based on gorgeous grounds and this is a perfect role for someone looking to kick start their career and gain some office experience.


  • Answering and filtering all calls to the main line office number and re-directing where necessary
  • Making refreshments for staff and visitors when needed
  • Greeting visitors and showing them to meeting rooms
  • Keeping on top of stationery ordering when needed and checking invoices are correct when they arrive
  • Opening, date stamping, invoice account label sticking and distributing post when it arrives to the correct people
  • Keeping the telephone contact list up to date and distributing to all staff by email
  • Liaising with the office cleaners when required and coding their invoices once received along with ordering more cleaning supplies when notified by
  • Creating orders for site staff when required
  • Sorting out expenses
