TEMPORARY PROJECT COORDINATOR 3 – 6 MONTHS

The chosen candidate will work with the Senior Business Support Manager in the Franchisee Support Team and be responsible for the following:

  • Work with the project teams and supplier partners on supporting and implementing a roll-out plan for the stores
  • Coordinate all sign up process information for the stores, with the input of the BDAs and FSMs
  • Identify any potential risks to the project and communicate these effectively with the project team
  • Manage and communicate all feedback received, ensuring that this is documented and use it to recommend improvements to the project
  • Liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure actions are followed within given timelines
  • Coordinate weekly project calls with the delivery partners on any risks/issues and actions
  • Monitor reporting KPI metrics through the third party delivery systems and produce a summary Dashboard for the project team, including project status, risk/issues and actions

Previous experience:

  • Experience working within a Project Coordinator/Assistant role, preferably with third party delivery services
  • Excellent organisational skills for yourself and to manage actions/responsibilities for the project
  • Proven success of implementing processes, reports, procedures
  • Ability to take ownership of the project, whilst looking for opportunities to improve the service and implementing those identified
