TEMPORARY PROJECT COORDINATOR 3 – 6 MONTHS

This role will be coordinating a Digital Board rollout within stores and working with suppliers and regional offices to spot problems, handle and adapt communications, manage the flow of information and encourage a smooth operation with minimal issues

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with and support the efforts of the supplier in installing Digital Boards to stores, seamlessly
  • Conduct regular conversations with regional offices and coordinators
  • Perform preemptive checks on store readiness and escalate where action is needed e.g firewall configs
  • Report to the team, line management and stakeholders on a regular basis around potential risks, issues and installation progress
  • Liaise with Technical support to escalate installation issues and bring to attention any trends in queries
  • Speak to franchisees where needed to understand challenges or answer queries
  • Manage feedback and use it to recommend improvements to the rollout process
  • Own the communication process on Digital Boards and coordinate the creation, changes and translations of web pages, documentation and emails

Previous experience:

  • Experience working within a Project Coordinator/Assistant role, preferably with third party delivery services
  • Excellent organisational skills for yourself and to manage actions/responsibilities for the project
  • Proven success of implementing processes, reports, procedures
  • Ability to take ownership of the project, whilst looking for opportunities to improve the service and implementing those identified
