TRAINING ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

To manage the administration on a day-to-day basis of the training academy for a vehicle manufacturer, ensuring the highest standard of work quality and customer service. Coordination of all training administration including course availability, inputting course information on LMS, recording attendance and cancellations, coordinating sales and master technician assessments and communicating results to dealers. Monitoring accreditation for all dealers.

KEY TASKS:

LEADING THE TEAM:

  • Ensure all required client service levels are consistently achieved
  • Motivating team to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitoring LMS, inbox and ensuring prompt and effective response to dealer network enquiries
  • Monitoring and answering of calls, responding to dealer enquiries and ensure quality of responses

CORE ACTIVITIES:

  • Liaise with training team ensuring sufficient course availability
  • Sessions and joining instructions set up in LMS
  • Managing the course booking process
  • Hotel accommodation and meeting room bookings
  • Delegate feedback upload
  • Managing dealer requests, amend or cancel/re-book courses
  • Call chasing for delegate attendance on courses and completion of eLearning
  • Managing eLeaning modules
  • Monitoring core curriculum administration
  • Responding to queries from the training
  • IMI Registration of delegates and distribution of certificates
  • Monitoring LMS inbox and responding to dealers
  • New dealer start-up / termination tasks

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The successful candidate must have advanced MS Excel skills, and be competent with MS Word, and Google mail
  • Customer facing
  • Ability to prioritise workload and allocate work accordingly
  • Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and SLA requirements
  • Ability to review and improve process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quality focused
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to multitask
  • A passion for the automotive industry would be advantageous
