1. What do you like the most about working for Grace Personnel?

I am extremely proud to work with such a committed team who truly believe in Grace and making it a success. There is always a great sense of ‘team’ in the office! Whatever your recruitment challenge, our team will go the extra mile to help you solve it!

2. How did you get into recruitment?

I completed a long-term temporary booking for Grace back in 2012 with a view to moving to London shortly after and pursuing a career within PR … over 6 years later and I’m still here.

3. What is your recruitment pet peeve?

Waiting weeks for interview feedback, CVs/job descriptions full of typos/grammatical errors, clients who change the goalpost every 2 minutes, candidate excuses, counteroffers… the list goes on!

4. In your opinion, what makes a good candidate?

Someone who is transparent, a good communicator, loyal, has a strong work ethic and wants to work WITH you. I’m fortunate enough to have worked with some fantastic candidates over the years. It’s always a great feeling when candidates come back to you after years!

5. How long have you been with Grace Personnel?

I started in August 2012 so over 6 years now – where has the time gone!

6. Where is your favourite place to eat out?

I eat out all too often… my favourite food is definitely Sushi/Asian. Roca is the best sushi I’ve tried to date but I’m open to recommendations!

7. What is your favourite quote?

“Whoever is happy will make others happy too” – Anne Frank.

8. What fictional place would you most like to go?

Whoville (The Grinch) – they share my unhealthy obsession with Christmas decorations or Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory for a sugar rush.

9. What are you most looking forward to over the next 10 years?

I’m looking forward to hitting the big 30 this year and ticking off my 30 things to do at 30. I don’t tend to plan too far ahead, I like to live for the moment.

10. Where would you most like to go in the world?

Next on my list is The Philippines… followed closely by South America. I love travelling and exploring new countries and always have a trip booked to look forward to.
