To provide a superior recruitment service to businesses and candidates alike, demonstrating integrity and respect in all we do, with the ultimate purpose of satisfying your recruitment needs.
The founder, Nicola Dandridge, set up Grace Personnel in April 1999, with many years’ recruitment experience under her belt. Armed with a yellow pages, a second hand computer and some old mismatched furniture, the Grace journey began. Her single aim was to offer a service based on honesty, understanding and informed advice. Although technology has drastically transformed the recruitment sector and the way in which we do business, our core values remain as important to the current team as they were back in 1999.
After 17 amazing years, Nicola made the tough decision to sell, and in 2016 the business was bought by venture capitalists, Percipient Capital, who kept the existing Grace team and appointed Lauren Hopkins as the new Managing Director to lead the business into its next phase. As a result, many relationships built in the early years are still strong and healthy to this day. Our strategy is to offer the same unique service today as we have done for the past 19 years. This wouldn’t be possible without such a dedicated, loyal and experienced team, who truly believe in the service we offer.
As we continue to grow and develop, we look forward to continuing our strong working relationships with existing clients and candidates whilst building new ties with future business and we are incredibly excited to see what the future holds for Grace Personnel.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
MEET THE TEAM
Lauren started with Grace in 2012 as a Consultant making a huge contribution to both the Temporary and Permanent Division. Having proved herself as a master of building relationships, in 2016 Lauren took on the role of Managing Director acting as the driving force behind the team.
Lynda joined Grace Personnel in August 2016 overseeing payroll, accounts and credit control whilst developing and streamlining existing processes. Lynda is a highly organised and conscientious professional with over 20 years’ experience in finance and has a keen eye for detail. She is a great team player and acts as the go-to person for all temporary workers querying pay, tax and holiday.
A switched-on and energetic Criminology and Law graduate, Georgia proved herself as a reliable temp working for many of our clients after completing University. On returning from planned travel around Australia and New Zealand in 2019 she secured herself a permanent role at Grace and is now responsible for driving the temporary desk into it’s next phase of growth. She is a natural people person and always one step ahead.
Assistant Temporaries Consultant
Justine joined Grace in 2012 acting as our first point of contact for candidate registrations and has progressed to managing the day to day running of the Temporaries Desk. She is a serial multi-tasker who takes briefs and builds relationships with clients whilst looking after the welfare of our temporary workers on a daily basis.
