ABOUT US

Our Mission

To provide a superior recruitment service to businesses and candidates alike, demonstrating integrity and respect in all we do, with the ultimate purpose of satisfying your recruitment needs.

Our Story

The founder, Nicola Dandridge, set up Grace Personnel in April 1999, with many years’ recruitment experience under her belt. Armed with a yellow pages, a second hand computer and some old mismatched furniture, the Grace journey began. Her single aim was to offer a service based on honesty, understanding and informed advice. Although technology has drastically transformed the recruitment sector and the way in which we do business, our core values remain as important to the current team as they were back in 1999.

After 17 amazing years, Nicola made the tough decision to sell, and in 2016 the business was bought by venture capitalists, Percipient Capital, who kept the existing Grace team and appointed Lauren Hopkins as the new Managing Director to lead the business into its next phase. As a result, many relationships built in the early years are still strong and healthy to this day. Our strategy is to offer the same unique service today as we have done for the past 19 years. This wouldn’t be possible without such a dedicated, loyal and experienced team, who truly believe in the service we offer.

As we continue to grow and develop, we look forward to continuing our strong working relationships with existing clients and candidates whilst building new ties with future business and we are incredibly excited to see what the future holds for Grace.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
