What can you expect?

Discovery call

An initial call with a member of the Grace team to outline your requirements and establish whether we will be a good fit together. Then, we will arrange a face to face meeting

Meeting

A Consultant will visit your offices to discuss in detail your recruitment challenges and who you’re looking to hire, advise on timescales and outline our sourcing process

Sourcing candidates

We source candidates from our database, referrals and online platforms and assess their competency and cultural fit for the role. Right to work documentation is checked

Interviews

We coordinate interviews at your convenience and prepare candidates accordingly. We are also on hand to assist you at any time with the interview process throughout

Making the offer

We manage the offer process acting as the intermediary in all negotiations and keep in contact until the successful candidate starts with you

We specialise in recruiting for HR and business support roles across multiple verticals. Over the last two decades, we’ve nurtured a large network of candidates with HR and business support experience.  

We find talent in four main ways: 

  • Recommendations – 75% of candidates are referred from employers or candidates who either use or are registered with Grace 
  • Our network – We use our existing database of local talent built and nurtured over the past 20+ years 
  • Website – All our permanent and contract vacancies are advertised on our website, which attracts a large number of candidates 
  • Recruitment job boards / LinkedIn – we use job boards and LinkedIn to head hunt from suitable candidates using specific search fields 
  • Social media – vacancies are advertised on multiple social media platforms to bring in a wide range of candidates with varying skill sets. 

We advertise across various digital channels including our website, national job boards, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Rather than spraying and praying, we decide where each role is best advertised. We take a tailored approach to each vacancy and ensure it reaches the right audience. As we also have a network of local candidates built up over 20+ years sometimes we don’t need to advertise. That’s exactly what you’re paying for with an agency – our network

We recruit for permanent, contract and temporary vacancies but we go further than just finding talent, we also offer consultancy on your hiring process, onboarding, benefits/offering, job descriptions, interview techniques, and more. We are more than just a supplier; we aim to be part of your business and provide added value.  

Need help with payroll? We can take on the payroll for your temporary workers to relieve the pressure and ensure you stay on top of the legal ins and outs without needing to hire someone internally. 

We take up two references for all candidates registering for temporary work. 

We are a corporate member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). We scored 100% in our last compliance test.
