Working at Grace

The team at Grace is small but tight knit. We celebrate each other’s successes as if they’re our own, whether they’re professional or personal. Being at Grace is a team sport, not a solo event.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive recruiter. We support working parents, as well as those at the beginning and end of their career. One thing that everyone working at Grace must have in common is the drive to improve standards across the recruitment industry.

Hear from our employees

Although I only work two days a week (and remotely), I still feel part of the team and enjoy going back to the office for a catch up with Lauren and the team.

I don’t see myself as being an employee of Grace as it feels more of a family run business where we do all genuinely feel protective over the company brand and each other.

I feel incredibly lucky to have been in my job this long, with colleagues whom I can call friends. Seven years has flown by, and I hope to work at Grace until I retire.

At Grace being part of and working with such a great team makes me enjoy my job so much more.

One of the most important things for me is my family and working for a flexible company has enabled me to do something that I have missed out on with previous employers – the school runs. Being able to work flexi-hours has taken the stress out of my day, puts me in the right frame of mind to start my day with a smile on my face.

I look forward to my future at Grace.

I love working for Grace, the company values its employees and has such a positive work culture.

The team are very close and supportive, and management is always willing to listen to feedback and implement changes that benefit everyone.

The work itself is challenging and engaging and I feel like I am constantly learning and growing in my role.

Overall I feel proud to be part of such a dynamic and flexible company.”
